London Fashion Week Autumn Winter 2008/09 this month is the next
exciting project for Ghost
& Lola. Designer Kim McClintock will travel to
London to show her latest collection, "Nights at the Circus",
for the second time to London’s Fashion elite. The collection
is dense with literary allusion and divinely detailed in its construction.
Referencing the spectacle, colour and performance of the carnival,
"Nights at the Circus" is baroque in its splendour, vivid,
beautiful and intense as a dream that haunts for days...
The Mr.
Rose Spring Summer 2007/08 collection of luxurious
women’s shirting and accessories pays homage to the great
women of the sideshow with a campaign highlighting the spirit, colour
and energy of this vibrant société. This season finds
Mr. Rose enjoying clean lines and neat, elegant proportions while
maintaining the focus on exquisite natural fabrics, precise cut
and detailing. While continuing to focus on the purity and freshness
of a beautifully tailored white shirt, Mr. Rose also promises a
subtle foray into colour, moving slowly through a palette of musk
and ice blue to tiny gingham checks in lemon and grey.
